We are now looking for a junior driven Operations Controller for our office in Mölndal – a key role to ensure that our operations run efficiently and successfully!

In the role of Operations Controller, you will work with operational optimization. You will provide both operational and administrative support to our Operations Managers and be an important link in maintaining quality and profitability.

Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure that contracts are executed uniformly and efficiently
• Support Operations Managers in their work with scheduling and annual planning
• Analyze and follow up on customers with quality and budget deviations, suggest measures, and ensure implementation
• Participate in and document project and customer meetings
• Report statistics to customers and prepare presentation materials

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience from the industry, from a similar position, and who understands what drives profitability. As a person, you are analytical and have a strong focus on profitability. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of the Office suite.
