Committed Swedish Teacher Wanted at JENSEN Gymnasium

With a prime location at the Kajen by Nacka Strand and outstanding sea views over Stockholm's inlet and Djurgården, JENSEN Gymnasium opened in the autumn of 2022, accommodating 450 students. We are a theoretical high school offering programs in economics, natural sciences, and social sciences. We are now looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated teacher for Swedish instruction who wants to be part of our wonderful team.

Training for reality and education as a goal is the common thread in how we educate our students. We focus on literature, reading, and writing necessary for higher studies. We work to ensure our students achieve a high level of knowledge and develop their thinking - to think freely and think big - that is education for us! Here, students receive training for reality through subject profiling and cases drawn from real life. Qualifications

We are looking for a qualified high school teacher in Swedish. You are very knowledgeable in your subjects and driven by the desire to teach them to others. As a person, you share our strong commitment to development. You enjoy working in a team-oriented manner. You are structured, driven, and like to be a clear leader in the classroom. Since we have a clear health profile, you are likely on the same track.

Employment Form

The position is a fixed-term employment at 75% during VT26, starting in January.

According to law (2000:873), you must present an extract from the criminal record within high school. The extract is done via polisen.se with digital BankID. If you do not have BankID, you can order the form to be sent home; do this as soon as possible as manual handling of the form takes a long time.

The first step in our recruitment process is to complete two psychological tests. Test links will be sent via email immediately after the application is submitted, and you will receive feedback on the tests right after you have completed them.
