About the Position

In the role of sales representative at Businesscare, you will become part of the Rahmqvist group. Together, we contribute to a better and safer workday by offering the most modern, innovative, and sustainable first aid products available on the market. For several years, we have also trained and certified companies in areas such as CPR. Businesscare is a young company with many years of experience. We have an average age of about 32 years, which is rapidly growing, but we have solid experience behind us! With us, a curious and creative mindset, as well as great engagement and strong drive, are essential. As a salesperson with us, you will have the opportunity to develop and set your own goals; many describe it as a mix between running your own business and being employed. Your Daily Tasks Will Include:

Field Customer Visits: You will be out meeting customers, building personal relationships, and understanding their unique needs. Being the face of Rahmqvist means you are our most important representative to our customers.

Product Demonstration and Order Management: You will demonstrate our specialized products in the work environment and help customers understand how these improve their workplaces. At the same time, you will be responsible for taking in and managing orders on-site.

Follow-Up Visits and Relationship Maintenance: After establishing initial relationships, you will regularly return to customers to deepen collaboration, solve any challenges, and ensure they are satisfied with our products and services.

Efficient Work with a High Activity Level: You will be responsible for planning your work in a structured way to maximize efficiency. A high activity level is key to success, and you will have the opportunity to independently drive and shape your day to achieve set goals.
