Key Account Manager
Are you a driven and bold salesperson who is passionate about creating business? Framtidsutveckling is now looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen our sales team in Gothenburg. Our startup feel, combined with being part of AcadeMedia, a publicly traded company, gives you a unique opportunity to grow and develop in your role.
About the role: As a Key Account Manager, you will work with both existing customers and new customer sales, where 30% of sales will come from our current customer base and 70% from new customers. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from the first contact to the completed deal. In this role, it is important that you are self-driven and proactive in identifying and creating new business opportunities.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in media sales.
- Is accustomed to holding meetings remotely and masters digital communication tools.
- Has a strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Is bold, self-driven, and takes initiative.
- Is social and has a strong drive to achieve results.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Care and development of existing customers (30% of the work).
- Sales and acquisition of new customers (70% of the work).
- Negotiation and extension of contracts.
- Follow-up on statistics and customer outcomes.
- Development of service and product packages.
- Business development.
