Private Advisor at Sparbanken Alingsås

We are currently looking for a temporary customer advisor for the Herrljunga office, who is passionate about helping people achieve a sound and sustainable economy and creating financial security in their daily lives.

We would like you to start as soon as possible, and the temporary position extends until January 31, 2026.

The role involves you

• providing a high level of service in all customer meetings.
• offering and advising on our products, services, and channels based on the customer's needs.
• keeping both customer satisfaction and profitability perspectives as a starting point in all customer meetings.
• staying updated on digital developments and being able to describe how digital services are used in a pedagogical way. Actively contributing to customers achieving an optimal level of digitalization.
• participating in customer meetings and events.

A requirement is that you have a Swedsec Advisor License and a valid certificate in Insurance Distribution Law (IDD). It is an advantage if you have a Swedsec Mortgage License.
