About Viljan Hemmet Berg

Viljan Hemmet Berg is a safe and homely residence in a beautiful red wooden house from the early 1900s. The facility is aimed at girls aged 14-20 with psychosocial issues and/or socially destructive behavior.

Viljan Hemmet Berg is located in the northern part of Stenungsund municipality in the locality of Ödsmål, about 5 km outside Stenungsund.

We are now looking forward to welcoming more hourly workers to us at Viljan Hemmet Berg! You will work as a substitute when needed. There will be opportunities for fixed-term employment. We have round-the-clock shifts, which means long working hours.About the role of Treatment Assistant

The tasks for the position revolve around the responsibility of supporting the youth in their daily lives and personal development based on a current care plan. The work is a combination of support and guidance, documentation and reporting, practical support and activity coordination, collaboration with guardians and authorities. Together with us, we work in teams and are responsible for creating a safe and structured environment for the youth.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for employees who enjoy working with youth, helping them find a daily structure and guiding them in their relationships and life events. As a substitute with us, it is important that you are attentive and participate in the tasks that occur within the organization, as well as that you can receive guidance from regular staff and management.

• Education or experience from similar work
• Possess a B driver's license
• Fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form
