This is what you do at Jula Customer Service

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be one of over 25 colleagues based in Skara, supporting our Swedish and Norwegian customers. The customers we assist primarily reach out via phone, email, and chat, but it is also part of our mission to respond to our customers through Jula's social media and other forums where Jula is present.

In your role, you will handle inquiries regarding e-commerce and product range, as well as technical support and membership questions. In a service-oriented, engaged, and efficient manner, you will answer questions and contribute to a good customer experience. Your work is performed against set goals and in line with our customer service policy. You will work daily with phone and computer, switching quickly between different programs.

We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old, has good computer skills, and excellent knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form. We see that you are a good communicator who works in a responsible, efficient, and engaged manner. You are a problem solver driven by helping our customers and are curious in your learning as the job involves constantly developing and learning new things.

It is an advantage if you have experience from service-related professions and if you have knowledge or interest in Jula's product range; great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.

Good to know

The positions are summer temp with varying degrees of employment. The summer period is from week 26 to week 33. Training will take place before week 26. We will need staff who can start their employment earlier in the spring. Placement at Jula's headquarters in Skara. Jula has a collective agreement with Unionen for white-collar workers.
