About the Position

As a Store Associate at Biltema, you are an important part of the customers' experience in the store. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that customers receive the best possible service. Your workday consists of various tasks and varies between stocking shelves, cashier work, and customer service. If you enjoy a fast-paced work environment and customer interactions, you will thrive in our café, which is a popular spot for our customers.

For those who show initiative, there are good opportunities for extra work even during the fall/winter.

About You

The customer's time is valuable, and as an employee at Biltema, you must be able to read the customer's needs. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is a pronounced service person and has the customer in focus. You enjoy a fast work pace where you are constantly faced with new challenges. As a person, you like to take charge, see what needs to be done, and want to maintain order around you. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, as you must be communicative in both Swedish and English.

Experience in retail, particularly in customer service, cashier work, and complaint handling, is an advantage. To quickly adapt to the role, we appreciate a burning interest in our product range and areas or café operations.

The Right Person in the Right Place

• Regular Store Associate – must be able to work extra/part-time from March to August.
• Store Associate with a focus on warehouse/stocking - must be able to work part-time from March to August. You need to be an early riser and ready for the delivery of Biltema's 19,000 different items. We view previous experience in similar tasks and a forklift license very positively.
• Store Associate with a focus on bicycle sales – must be able to work part-time from March to August. You will be invaluable to our customers who want to enjoy the summer on one of Biltema's popular bicycle models. An interest in the differences between various electric bicycles is required.
• Store Associate with a focus on bicycle assembly – must be able to work extra/part-time from March to August. In addition to an interest in bicycles, we would like you to have a technical interest and a curiosity about how things work.
• Store Associate with a focus on customer service – must be able to work part-time from March to August. You are passionate about customer interaction and good service. You are a problem solver who sees the big picture and is not afraid to make your own decisions.
• Store Associate with a focus on café – must be able to work part-time from March to August. You need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment while being careful to follow food hygiene requirements.
