We are a wonderful ICA Nära store in Haga, Gothenburg, looking for a dedicated employee. We are seeking someone who wants to develop and take responsibility.

A year ago, we started producing our own salads, sandwiches, and baguettes. With the university as our neighbor, we have great potential to grow the kitchen. Now we are looking for someone who wants to develop our range of ready-made meals. The position is divided into about 70% cold kitchen and 30% other store duties.

It is important that you have an interest in food and fresh produce. You should want to develop the assortment and be creative, but also enjoy working in a store and understand the importance of personal customer service.

Although a large part of your schedule involves independent work, you need to be service-oriented. Every customer you meet should receive exemplary service.

We are looking for someone who enjoys planning, streamlining, and organizing their work, but who can also prioritize the store's best interests.

Currently, working hours are approximately 6 AM to 3 PM, but they can vary from 6 AM to 11 PM depending on the season.

It is a merit if you have worked at ICA before and have basic knowledge of Min butik, AoB, and Storeoffice. Experience in deli, cold kitchen, or similar is of great importance, but not essential if there is a burning interest in cooking and creativity.

The position is for 30 hours per week but may increase over time.
