Technical Customer Advisor at Grundfos

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a technical customer advisor, you will be a key person in Grundfos' customer center in Mölndal. You will work closely with customers, salespeople, and internal teams to ensure they provide the best technical solutions. The area of work focuses on pump solutions with control and monitoring for commercial buildings.

We are looking for someone who is technically skilled and loves to provide service. You may have experience with technical solutions in mechanics, HVAC, automation, or similar fields. Experience in pump technology and knowledge of business systems such as SAP and CRM is a plus.

The position is a long-term consulting assignment that extends through 2025. You will be employed by us at Academic Work but will work at Grundfos. The possibility of a permanent position at Grundfos will be reviewed for 2025.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Grundfos offers you training in pump technology and pump systems to ensure that you feel secure in your role, regardless of previous experience. Below are job responsibilities that are included in your position.

• Technical sales, quote calculations, and order management
• Technical support regarding product and system questions, including sizing
• Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions
• Support customers in using our digital platforms
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Has a technical education or equivalent experience in technical customer service
• Is communicative and fluent in both Swedish and English
• Is positive, attentive, and solution-oriented

It is an advantage if you have experience with pumps, HVAC technical customer service, or similar.
