We now need a new substitute for our fantastic team around our client in Svenljunga. We are looking for someone who wants to work as needed when regular staff are on vacation, sick leave, or other absences. You will have the opportunity to work a variety of shifts during the summer. Our client is a young woman, 31 years old, living in her own apartment. She has an acquired brain injury and has a significant support need in her daily life. She is cheerful, positive, and loves life. She enjoys finding activities both indoors and outdoors.

We are looking for someone who likes to be active and is generous with themselves, but it is also important that you can create a calm environment for the client. You need to be flexible and have good collaboration skills, as the work involves simple assistance. You will work varied hours, both day and night, 8-20 or 20-08 with awake night shifts. In addition to the above, it is especially important that you have good self-awareness, are confident in yourself, are attentive, take responsibility, and collaborate well with everyone you meet. You are flexible, open-minded, and see opportunities instead of obstacles. You use both your analytical skills and take well-considered initiatives, striving to improve the quality of life for our client.

• A driver's license (B) is required.
• During the summer, this may involve outings, and the work is where she is located.
• Information and training about acquired brain injury will be provided through Hjärnfamiljen.
