We are Ordine — a fast-growing tech company that develops smart cash register systems and digital solutions for restaurants. We make it easier for restaurants to process payments, work smoothly, and provide their guests with a better experience.

We are now looking for a Business Operations Coordinator — someone who keeps everyday operations running, takes initiative, solves problems, and ensures everything flows smoothly both internally and externally.

This is a role for you who enjoys structure and responsibility — but also appreciates variety and new challenges.

Your Role

As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will be a hub in the organization and an important part of the team. The role combines administration, coordination, customer contact, and project-like tasks — making the work both varied and meaningful.

You will, among other things:

  • Manage support cases and provide customers with a smooth experience
  • Plan deliveries, orders, and keep track of inventory
  • Manage onboarding processes and administrative flows
  • Assist with internal activities, merchandise, and office projects
  • Be on-site with customers when needed (installations, support, or follow-ups)
  • Read situations and solve problems before they become problems
  • Be an operational support to the CEO and the team in daily operations
  • Manage updates in our systems
  • Ensure that things do not fall through the cracks — but get done

Requirements

  • Experience in administration, coordination, customer service, or a similar role
  • Familiarity with working in digital systems (e.g., Office/Google Workspace, CRM, support systems)
  • Good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish
  • Ability to work in a structured manner and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred (but not required)

  • Experience in customer support, onboarding, or technical support
  • Experience in SaaS, the restaurant industry, or startup environments
  • Driver's license (B)
  • Experience creating simple graphic materials (e.g., in Canva, presentation materials, or flyers)
