Nordic Investin Group is not looking for an ordinary marketer. We are seeking a Digital Growth Predator – a person who lives for growth, thinks in numbers, and loves to create digital results at a level that others cannot achieve. You should not just execute. You should own the results and take our digital initiatives to the next level.

Nordic Investin Group consists of over 20 fast-growing brands in education, tech, consulting, and business development. In this role, you will not work with a single brand, but with an entire ecosystem of companies that constantly need new SEO strategies, funnels, content, campaigns, and data analyses. You will be a central part of a high-performance team where pace, ambition, and responsibility are the norms.

Your mission is to build our digital growth engine. This means you will be responsible for SEO work by developing strategies, creating content that drives traffic and conversion, and building structures that can be quickly scaled. You will also drive performance marketing through campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms where you optimize ROAS, improve CPA, and scale what works. You will work data-driven with tracking, attribution, and analysis to find opportunities and bottlenecks, which you will then solve yourself. You initiate, execute, and deliver without needing to wait for instructions.

We are looking for a person with high-performance DNA. You are analytical, quick, responsible, and extremely driven. You are motivated by seeing numbers improve and delivering concrete results. You want to develop quickly, take responsibility, and dare to make decisions. You do not need to have ten years of experience, but you must have energy, hunger, and a strong will to win.
