Marketing Coordinator based in Skövde

About the role

This is a role with many opportunities to influence and unleash your creativity and forward momentum. No day is the same; you produce and implement activities yourself in combination with collaborating with external suppliers.

You will work on implementing activities based on an established marketing plan and information/PR plan in line with the brand strategy for the shopping centers in the region.

Your team and workplace

Your main focus will be on our shopping center Commerce in Skövde, where you will be responsible for content in relevant marketing channels and digital platforms.

You will be part of a marketing team where your manager and other colleagues are based at Frölunda Torg. You will work with them on-site in Gothenburg 1–2 days a week.

Some of your tasks:

• Work based on the established marketing plan and implement the activity plan for social media and digital channels
• Be responsible for Commerce's digital presence and brand development through strategic content production, collaboration with partners, and monitoring the environment to drive engagement and increase visitor flows
• Create creative content and ensure a high level of engagement and growth in social media as well as in digital channels
• Execute events/arrangements/digital activities in collaboration with tenants and external partners
• Provide support and information to tenants via digital channels
• Create good and strong relationships with tenants
• Develop and continuously update sales and marketing materials

Together with all your colleagues in the center management, you will work to contribute to increasing the attractiveness of our shopping centers and the sales of our customers.

Experience

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in marketing and communication, preferably within established brand environments. You have some years of experience in independent work with social media, basic graphic production, and experience with web publishing systems. You have a good ability to create engaging content in images, videos, and texts for social media.

You have likely worked in an operational role with project management and coordination of events and other marketing activities where the focus has been on attracting more visitors and increasing customer satisfaction.

You have strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have worked in retail.

We would like you to have relevant post-secondary education in marketing, media, communication, or equivalent.
