The home care service in Sotenäs municipality is growing, and we are looking for 3 trained nursing assistants for permanent employment.

In home care, we provide quality care and service interventions to individuals who receive assistance according to the Social Services Act. Home care covers the entire Sotenäs municipality and is based at Kvarnberget's elderly center in Kungshamn.

Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant in home care, you will provide care and service interventions to our clients in accordance with the Social Services Act, based on individual needs.

You will work with a good attitude and possess strong empathetic skills. You enjoy working both independently and in a team.

Your work will also include performing delegated tasks according to the Health and Medical Services Act and documenting and creating implementation plans according to applicable legislation and guidelines.

Qualifications

You are a trained nursing assistant.

A driver's license (B) is required, preferably with manual transmission.

As a person, you are social, empathetic, flexible, and curious about people. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability and previous references.

You have good computer skills and excellent proficiency in the Swedish language, both written and spoken.
