Licensed Occupational Therapist for Municipal Primary Care – Öckerö Municipality

Your mission

As an occupational therapist with us, you will work person-centered and cross-professionally with occupational therapists, nurses, nursing assistants, and care managers. You will, among other things: Conduct individual functional assessments, design and follow up rehabilitation plans, prescribe assistive devices, participate in care planning and SIP meetings, guide and educate care staff, including in transfer techniques and daily rehabilitation.

You will meet patients in special and ordinary housing, short-term housing, as well as in housing with special support and daily activities. Documentation is done in Lifecare.

The rehab group is based in the newly built nursing home Solhöjden Södra with modern facilities, beautiful views, and free parking. Since our area consists of ten islands, we offer both electric cars/hybrids and electric bicycles for smooth transportation between patients.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Enjoys working independently and in a team
• Has a good ability to prioritize, communicate, and build good relationships
• Is proactive, flexible, and attentive
• Master Swedish in speech and writing
• Has a B driver's license and BankID
