We are a home care group based in two locations, one at Koön's quay and one in Kärna. Here we move on foot, by bike, by car, and of course by ferry!

We are now looking for more nursing assistants as elderly care in Kungälv Municipality is expanding. In our workgroup, several competent employees with long experience as nursing assistants work, which means that you as a newcomer will receive a lot of support, help, and tips. Job Responsibilities🌿

As a nursing assistant in home care, you will have daily contact with clients and their relatives, which requires collaboration and empathetic skills. You will be responsible for providing care and support to clients using digital tools. It is important that you are quality-conscious and structured in your tasks and take your own initiatives to contribute to the development of the organization. After completing the introduction, you will participate in tailored training initiatives and have constant access to a learning platform to grow and develop in your role.

You will work days, evenings, and every other weekend. You can influence your working hours within the framework of the organization's needs.

Qualifications🌿

We are looking for someone who is secure and has a genuine interest in people. You have the ability to work independently, taking responsibility for your work and contributing to the organization's development by taking your own initiatives. Collaboration and empathetic skills are important qualities, as you will have daily contact with our clients and their relatives. We appreciate a holistic view and quality awareness in your work, where you perform your tasks in a structured and clear manner.

To be considered for this recruitment, you need to meet the following requirements:

• Trained care assistant
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills.
• Driver's license B and the ability to cycle.

It is an advantage if you:

• Are a trained nursing assistant.
• Can provide proof of protected professional title or a service certificate confirming that you were permanently employed with the title nursing assistant as of July 1, 2023.
• Have previous experience in care and support.
• Have experience with social documentation.
• Can present a VOC diploma.
