We are looking for you who want to work as a nurse/specialist nurse or assistant to a nurse within home care, elderly care, or support for people with disabilities during the summer of 2026.

Job Responsibilities

As a nurse/specialist nurse, you are responsible for the health care of our patients. The starting point for the nurse's work is teamwork. You will work in a team consisting of nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, unit managers, and other care staff. In your profession, you make independent assessments, perform medical treatments, and plan care interventions while guiding and educating care staff on health care issues. You work independently, which requires you to plan your workday based on the needs of the residents and the organization.

As an assistant to the nurse, you will work as support to existing nurses. This provides you with a good introduction and insight into the professional role as well as the opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge from your university studies in our operations. You will also experience how it is to independently perform tasks within the relevant areas during your employment.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a nurse/specialist nurse or someone studying nursing, at least in the 4th semester but preferably in the 5th semester, and who has an interest in working within home care, elderly care, or support for people with disabilities. You need to have the ability to prioritize during your workday while maintaining a professional and good demeanor. For you, it is natural to work in a team, and you find it easy to take your own initiative. You should have an easy time collaborating with colleagues and different professions to contribute to good and safe care for those we serve.

A driver's license is a requirement.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Conditions

The positions are summer vacancies at 100%. The working hours include daytime positions with some weekend work as well as evening and night shifts where evenings and nights alternate on both weekdays and weekends. As an assistant to the nurse, only daytime work is relevant.
