We are currently looking for a unit manager HSL at Villa Näs. As a unit manager, you will lead the daily care work through close leadership with 20% administrative work and 80% care work. You will coach the staff, which includes nurses and other care personnel, to provide residents with the conditions to manage their daily lives according to their needs and wishes. You report directly to the operations manager and are part of their management team, where you help establish the decisions made. You are responsible for ensuring and following up on service agreements with clients, acting as the company's ambassador, and ensuring good quality.

About the role

In the role of unit manager HSL, you will lead and develop the quality of the operations in a pedagogical and businesslike manner. It is important for us that you want to be active and present in the operations. This is so you can follow up on the company's values, current agreements, and ensure compliance with applicable legislation.

It is also in the operations that you nurture and develop relationships with employees, residents, and relatives. You will also have good relationships with relevant authorities and healthcare providers.

About Villa Näs

Villa Näs is located in one of the most beautiful parts of Österåker municipality, overlooking fields and the shores of Täljöviken.

Villa Näs is a residence with a total of 60 places. The building is three stories high with two departments per floor and common areas on the ground floor. Villa Näs has 40 places for elderly people with dementia and 20 care places.

• Dementia certification: We are a dementia-certified residence, which means that those of us who work here are trained in dementia and interaction through the Dementia Academy.
• Young Care: We have a collaboration with the company Young Care. This means that a team of young people aged 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Young Care engages in various activities with us who work here to enhance the quality of life for the residents.

Your experience and knowledge

You have a relevant higher education in health and care as a licensed nurse and experience in elderly care. You also have several years of documented experience in managerial roles and good references regarding leadership.
