About the role

As a mortgage officer at Northmill Bank, you play a central role in guiding our customers through the entire mortgage process. You actively contact customers to inform, create security, and help them move forward in their application. The role includes following up on incoming applications, ensuring that all documentation and information is correct before credit decisions, and being the customer's continuous contact person throughout the process.

You work closely with colleagues in areas such as credit, customer service, and other parts of the bank to ensure a smooth, transparent, and professional experience. The role suits you if you enjoy dialoguing with customers, have an eye for detail, and are driven to create truly great customer experiences.

• Requirement for Swedsec Mortgage license.
• Experience in customer contact, preferably via phone.
• Experience in telemarketing or customer advising in a similar environment.
• Experience in Banking/Mortgage brokerage is a plus.
