RESPONSIBILITIES

• Personal care (washing, dressing, assisting with hygiene)

You will work with basic care and support based on a rehabilitative approach. You should utilize and stimulate the individual's resources from a salutogenic perspective and perform healthcare tasks after delegation from licensed health and medical personnel. At Rosengården's short-term places, you will collaborate across physical and organizational boundaries and be an important part of a cross-professional team that works purposefully. The team includes, among others, a nurse, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, and care manager. Together with your colleagues, you have the competence and breadth required to feel secure in your work to meet varying needs. The team will work together preventively, with quality-enhancing measures and improvement work. You are an important resource in our operations and are expected to share good knowledge and experiences with other colleagues to maintain high quality in our operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Assistant Nurse
• Professional certificate for completed and approved assistant nurse education for high school program or other approved education.
• Language skills and computer proficiency
• Documentation is an important part of our work, and you therefore need to master the Swedish language well in both speech and writing, as well as have good computer skills.
• Driving license B
• Documented experience
• It is advantageous if you have work experience in care and support, low-affect responses and/or clarifying pedagogy, as well as experience in documentation in the Life Care system.
