The advertised temporary positions are located in Hallabro and/or Eringsboda home care. Both units provide home care in rural areas, which involves some driving. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to help develop home care and provide the best care for our clients.

Every day we make life work for people who need help; people who, for various reasons, need care, encouragement, and support. We help our clients feel secure, provide support to relatives, and make everyday life manageable.

We work from a rehabilitative approach with the individual at the center, with a good attitude and respect for people's self-determination.

The job responsibilities include IT-based documentation and administration. The current position involves day, evening, and weekend shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are primarily looking for trained nursing assistants but also care assistants with experience in home care. You are expected to work both independently and collaboratively with others. Since communication and documentation are important tools in the work, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. If you are a nursing assistant, you must have received a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare to meet the needs of the operation for a designated care contact.

We document in Lifecare and use phones as a work tool, so it is important that you are comfortable with computers/smartphones.

We are looking for 4 colleagues who want to contribute to a good and safe work environment, focusing on the mission to provide good and safe care and support based on the individual's needs and wishes.

It is important that you are understanding, attentive, and have a professional demeanor. You are good at making contact, building relationships, and encouraging and supporting individuals. It is a varied job where you need to be flexible based on the client's needs for support with service, personal care, and health care interventions.

To be considered for a position within the care and support administration in Ronneby municipality, a certificate from the police's criminal record must be presented. The form to be used is called "Certificate for work at HVB homes". The normal processing time is up to two weeks. Please remember to order the certificate in good time.
