Licensed Pharmacist with a Focus on Customer Service

With us, you get the best of both worlds – for real! As a pharmacist, you will work 50% in our customer service and 50% at our pharmacy in Karlshamn Kungsgatan. We offer flexibility in placement; you do not have to work at the same pharmacy where you are placed. For example, you can work as a pharmacist at our pharmacy in Karlshamn Kungsgatan but have your customer service placement at another Kronans pharmacy in the area where you live or that suits you better.

This combined role is suitable for you who enjoy variation, have experience from working in the prescription department at pharmacies, and are now seeking development while contributing to a world that feels good 🧡

📞What you do in the role of pharmacist within our customer service:

  • First contact and handle comprehensive customer service inquiries
  • Handling prescription-related questions: you will assist customers with booking prescriptions at both local pharmacies and via e-commerce.
  • Caring sales: listen to the customer's needs, quickly identify new trends and demands, and improve the offering.
  • Work towards jointly set KPIs: such as NKI, NPS, AHT, and ACW.
  • General RX-related questions: includes dialogue with our pharmacies or our e-commerce.

🏥What you do in the role of pharmacist at the pharmacy:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work at our pharmacy in Karlshamn Kungsgatan.

  • Advice and sales of medicines and self-care products: you will assist customers in both self-care and prescriptions.
  • You help your customers achieve good medication use and health
  • Caring sales: listen to the customer's visible and hidden needs through needs analysis
  • Work towards jointly set KPIs: such as NKI, NPS, self-care packaging/customer, EMV, etc.
  • General pharmacy-related tasks: Inventory management, campaign work, revision, sustainability, etc.
  • You actively participate in reporting and following up on productivity and other goals
  • You contribute to good collaboration regarding processes and efficiency together with warehouse staff, team leaders, and functional managers.

We offer a permanent position with an initial probationary period. Your nearest manager will be one of our five Team Managers, and you will be employed in our customer service organization. Working hours may vary, and we are responsive to any requests.
