About the role

Do you want to work with AI in practice and develop solutions used by hundreds of thousands of creative users worldwide? StickerApp is in an exciting phase where AI is becoming an increasingly important part of the product and business – and we are now looking for an AI Engineer who wants to help drive development forward.

As an AI Engineer at StickerApp, you will turn AI technology into concrete business and product solutions. In close collaboration with our business, you will identify areas where AI can streamline processes, integrate existing models, and contribute to building new smart features. AI is already being used today, among other things, in customer service, and several exciting projects await in the future.

You will be part of an engaged and curious analytics team with a strong focus on innovation. The team consists of Data Engineers, AI Engineers, and Analysts. In this role, you will report to the Head of Analytics.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Strong programming background, especially in Python
• Experience using LLMs and generative AI via APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)
• Great interest in AI and how the technology can be applied practically
• Very good English and Swedish in both spoken and written form

Desirable experience:

• SQL
• Integration of existing models or training simpler own models (PyTorch, Scikit, XGBoost, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure, AWS)
• Understanding of data management, pipelines, and analytics tools
• Experience with API integrations and automation (e.g., N8N, Make, or custom scripts)
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) or vector-based search

About you

We believe you are a communicative person who enjoys collaborating and can translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa. You are curious, creative, and have a genuine drive to explore and apply AI in practice. You do not need to have held the title of AI Engineer before; you may currently be working as a Data Engineer or in another related role.
