We are looking for an employee for the security unit in the administration. The unit is responsible for leading and directing the authority's work on security. Security today consists of the areas of operational protection and civil preparedness.

The authority has a heightened ambition in the area of security, and this recruitment is part of that work. The unit currently consists of the security manager and security coordinator but will be strengthened with this recruitment. Job Responsibilities

You may become involved in all tasks within the unit. Your main responsibilities include working with:

• continuously developing the authority's work on crisis preparedness, continuity management, and civil defense in collaboration with others
• developing and managing guidelines and plans, such as the authority's crisis and preparedness plan and overall continuity management plan,
• conducting training and exercises as well as follow-up and development within the responsibility,
• risk and vulnerability analysis and preparation of prioritization materials,
• contributing within the entire responsibility of the unit, both planned and event-driven,
• the role may also be part of the authority's operational crisis management work,

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• an academic degree or other education or work experience that the employer assesses as equivalent,
• at least one year of relevant work experience in the area of civil preparedness (crisis preparedness, continuity management, preparedness planning) within public operations or from larger companies/operations,
• experience in leading and coordinating work within the area.
• experience in conducting risk and vulnerability analysis.
• very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing,
• good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

It is meritorious if you have:

• experience in leading exercise and training activities in relevant areas for the position.
• experience in conducting analyses, compiling reports, and drafting governing documents.
• experience in operational protection work.
