Do you want to work closely with people's everyday lives and help tenants and housing members choose the right services in connection with fiber installation? ConnectEstate is now looking for an engaged B2C salesperson who wants to strengthen the relationship with households in our managed properties.

About the role

As a B2C salesperson, you will work directly with households in our connected properties. Your task is to help tenants understand what digital services are available, guide them through the transition to new technology, and offer additional options that create added value in their daily lives. You will handle both incoming inquiries and proactive contact – via phone, digital tools, and sometimes on-site at the property.

We have properties all over Sweden, which means you need to be comfortable traveling for work and fully rely on your phone as a working tool. You will work independently but with support from the delivery and management team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in customer contact or sales to private individuals – preferably within internet, TV, or telephony • Is pedagogical, attentive, and trustworthy in your communication • Enjoys working towards goals and taking responsibility for your own customer flows • Has a structured working method and good computer skills • Is used to working in systems and handling many cases simultaneously • Enjoys a dynamic work environment and is comfortable using a mobile phone as the primary working tool

A background check may be requested for certain assignments

• Experience in selling fiber or services over fiber • Driver's license • Familiar with working in CRM systems, e.g., Lime or similar
