Triangeln is a day activity for people with dementia who live in their own homes. The staff at Triangeln offers a safe, positive, and stimulating environment. We work from a social perspective to strengthen the self-esteem of those participating in the activities.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who wants to provide our guests with a meaningful, safe, and peaceful existence at the day activity. In your work, you will assist in activating our guests according to their wishes and abilities.

At the day activity, you will closely collaborate with your colleagues and, in your role as a specialist nursing assistant, be responsible for the development of the operations. Collaboration with family support is also part of the job responsibilities. Therefore, the work requires that you have good collaboration skills, are communicative, and can handle stress.

You have a personal responsibility to contribute to the development of the operations while also having the opportunity to grow by working in different areas of responsibility.

Qualifications

You are a trained specialist nursing assistant in dementia care.

We prefer that you have experience working in elderly care and dementia care.

You have experience with IT aids such as computers and tablets, as well as documentation skills with a good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

You are flexible and easy to collaborate with. You have a positive attitude, a sense of service, and a fundamental approach to working based on each person's individual needs.

You have a genuine interest in people and their health and are engaged and interested in developing dementia care. We welcome new ideas and thoughts for our operations!

Full-time, permanent. Start date according to agreement.
