About the Workplace

The health center in Fagersta is located in the countryside in the northern part of Västmanland and has been operated by Praktikertjänst AB since December 2022.

It is a health center that has undergone significant changes in recent years. We are now looking for a dedicated and experienced district nurse/nurse with diabetes competence. The position will be filled upon agreement. We have seven permanent general practitioners, district nurses, nurses, BVC/MVC, and all other professions included in the primary care assignment.

Job Responsibilities

As a district nurse/nurse with us, the work is very varied and includes telephone advice, chat, outpatient work, planned and acute visits. The work is very independent but also requires that you have the ability to work in a team. We use the Cosmic journal system and the TeleQ telephone system.

Qualifications

Licensed district nurse or licensed nurse with experience in primary care and who has further education or advanced competence in diabetes.

As a person, you are positive, flexible, and engaged. You are humble and empathetic. You are good at prioritizing and have excellent collaboration skills. You have the ability to work independently and in a group and enjoy being involved. You want to help develop our operations together with us.
