Job Responsibilities

At Ward 93, you are welcomed to a varied workplace in both pace and tasks where we have an open work climate with a strong sense of community. We are a highly specialized healthcare service and a workplace with extensive experience and specialist competence, where you as a nurse play an important role. You work closely in a team. Some shifts are calm while others are more eventful. You have a central role as a team leader and are responsible for the patient's care. The role also includes a lot of contact and collaboration with the adult psychiatric emergency department, other departments in the building, as well as the rest of the hospital. Contacts with other parts of the country and abroad may occur.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse or in the final stages of your education, preferably with experience in the profession. If you have previous experience in similar operations, it is an advantage. Since you need to communicate verbally and in writing with patients, relatives, and colleagues in this role, good knowledge of the Swedish language is required. Other language skills are an advantage.

As a person, you are secure, stable, and have good self-awareness. Since the work can change rapidly in various ways, you need to be flexible and have the ability to maintain your calm and focus in new situations. You have a good ability to structure your work independently and take responsibility for your tasks. We work in teams and see collaboration and clarity as very important ingredients for success. Since we work closely with both patients and relatives, empathy is an important ingredient in your daily life.

Permanent employment, full-time. Start date by agreement.
