Your Responsibilities

Working as a nurse within Skultuna elderly care means a varied and meaningful everyday life in our residences. Our operations consist of home care, Vallonen's service house, and nursing homes, as well as Support and Service housing.

We offer you an exciting job where you get to work practically while laying the foundation for the well-being and comfort of others. With us, you work closely with other nurses, nursing assistants, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists in assessing and evaluating interventions for individuals. You guide the team where you are the patient-responsible nurse based on your knowledge and competence. In this role, you coordinate and ensure that nursing measures are planned, implemented, and evaluated. You also actively work to identify and prevent health risks. For you to succeed in this, it is important for us that you have a good work environment with the right conditions.

Working hours are scheduled between 07:00 and 20:00 with weekend work every six weeks.

Your Competence

We are looking for someone who has a Swedish nursing license. You have experience working as a nurse and possess good medical knowledge. It is a plus if you have experience working within LSS, social psychiatry, psychiatry, dementia care, and elderly care, as well as if you have further education in health and care, preferably as a district nurse. Since we document in Cosmic, it is a great advantage if you have experience with that.

For this role, it is important that you are confident and maintain calm in stressful and sometimes unexpected situations. You are structured and can plan and prioritize your work effectively. You prioritize customers and constantly work to ensure they are satisfied with the care they receive. You communicate clearly and work well with others.

Since driving is part of the job, you need to have a B driver's license.
