Accounting Assistant Wanted for Growing Company

We are looking for a meticulous and independent accounting assistant for one of our clients. In this role, you will primarily work with accounts payable but also with ongoing administrative tasks that support the department's daily operations.

You will be an important part of a team where structure, quality, and good service are central values.

Your Responsibilities

As an accounting assistant, you have a central role in managing the company's financial processes and administrative tasks. You ensure that project and accounting data is accurate, that financial transactions are handled efficiently, and that reports are reliable and delivered on time. The role also includes support to the CFO in closing accounts and internal reporting.

Main Responsibilities

• Management of customer and supplier accounts, with a primary focus on accounts payable
• Responsible for project registration and project closure in all programs according to established routines.
• Invoicing and payments
• Manage internal billing
• Participate in monthly and annual closings
• Other administrative tasks related to the finance function

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in finance and administration, preferably within the construction industry. You are a person with a strong character who thrives in an environment where high pace and structure go hand in hand.

As a person, you are meticulous, unpretentious, and collaborative. You enjoy taking initiative and work solution-oriented to find effective ways to handle tasks.

Success Factors

• High school education in finance or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in financial work
• Good system proficiency
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
