QA Specialist with System Responsibility.

You will be part of an engaged QA team and work cross-functionally on exciting projects that make a difference for both our customers and the future of pharmaceuticals.

About the Role

We are looking for someone to join our quality assurance department who wants to contribute with their expertise in the quality area and has a genuine interest in quality management systems.

In this role, you will have a broad and responsible assignment where you combine product responsibility with system management. As a QA specialist, you will work with both technical products and commercial APIs and play a central role in ensuring that our products meet high-quality standards. You will work cross-functionally with Production, R&D, and Quality Control, where your expertise will be an important support in the operations.

Your delegated product responsibility means that you are responsible for quality assessments and the release of manufactured products. You will review and approve quality-controlling documents in accordance with GMP and other internal and external regulations. In addition, you will be involved in improvement work, investigations, approval of deviation investigations, qualifications, Change Control, and participation in customer and regulatory inspections.

As the system manager for TrackWise, you will be responsible for the local management of our quality system, where deviations, CAPA, Change Control, and incidents are handled. Since the system is used throughout the Cambrex Corporation, the work is done in close collaboration with other system managers globally.

This position is a permanent full-time role and offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with quality work in a dynamic and development-oriented environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a scientific or technical university degree in chemistry. Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment is an advantage, whether it involves quality work, laboratory operations, or production. To succeed in this role, you need to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.
