Examples of Responsibilities:

Analyze and improve production processes to streamline workflows and minimize waste.
Plan and optimize workshop layout, material flows, and placement of workstations.
Review design documentation with a focus on manufacturability and testability.
Ensure that design solutions meet production requirements and enable efficient manufacturing.
Act as a technical link between design and production to identify and solve problems early.
Drive and participate in improvement projects from the idea stage to implementation and follow-up.
Create and maintain manufacturing preparations, operation lists, and work instructions.
Introduce new methods, equipment, and processes in production.
Train operators and technicians during changes in work methods or technology.
Collaborate closely with design, production, quality, and maintenance to ensure efficient production flows.
Contribute to achieving the company's quality and production goals through technical improvements and support.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

Are a graduate engineer or have a corresponding technical education – or equivalent work experience.
Have several years of relevant work experience as a production engineer.
Have experience in translating analyses into practical and measurable solutions in production.
Have good computer skills (the role requires work in many different systems).
Have good knowledge of both Swedish and English in speech and writing.

Requirements:

Proficient in, knowledgeable about, and experienced with MasterCAM.

Meritorious

Experience in machining plastic/carbon fiber.
Proficient in any CAD tool.
