About the Position

We are now looking for two production engineers for our production in Degerfors. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to contribute to developing our processes, driving improvements, and working closely with the operations. As a production engineer with us, you will play a central role in optimizing production flows, ensuring quality and efficiency, and developing working methods that support our goals in safety, sustainability, and profitability. You will work both strategically and operationally – from analysis and improvement work to planning and project management.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in improvement work within productivity, quality, safety, and working environment.

• Participate in and drive projects and investments.

• Conduct analyses and follow up production data to identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate closely with operations managers, maintenance, technology & quality, and supply chain.

• Contribute to an engaged and development-oriented team by motivating and supporting colleagues in their daily work.

Who are you?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical engineering, production, materials, industrial economics, or similar).

• Experience from the manufacturing industry, production technology, or improvement work is an advantage.

• Good ability to work systematically, analyze, and drive development.

• You are communicative, positive, and thrive in a role where collaboration and initiative are valued.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
