Quality Engineer - Production

Do you want to help ensure that our products meet the highest quality upon delivery? We are now looking for a quality engineer for our production department. Here, you will play a key role in elevating our quality assurance within production to a new level with your expertise.

About the role

As a quality engineer, you will work within production to develop and improve our processes, prevent quality deficiencies, and contribute to a strong quality culture. You will report to our Deputy Production Director and collaborate closely with process engineers, technicians, plant managers, and programmers.

You will have a central role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality every time.

Your main responsibilities:

• Further develop and strengthen the quality culture within the production department
• Identify quality risks and develop action plans as well as implement fail-safe solutions
• Introduce and disseminate best practices in quality work
• Design fail-safes for various unit operations in our processes

This position is a permanent full-time employment.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a scientific or technical university degree, preferably with a focus on chemistry. Experience in quality work within production, especially in QA, is an advantage. You need to be able to express yourself fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
