Marketing and Customer Manager

About the Role

As a Marketing and Customer Manager with us, you will play a key role in driving marketing activities that strengthen our market position and a central role in conducting customer meetings and developing our customer relationships. Your mission is to actively contribute to our growth by meeting new and existing customers, creating business opportunities, and executing activities that yield results.

Your responsibilities include:

• Actively conducting customer meetings and business discussions to develop new and existing partnerships
• Preparing, presenting, and following up on quotes
• Identifying and targeting new customers and business opportunities
• Planning and driving marketing, campaigns, and customer activities that deliver concrete results
• Nurturing and developing existing customer relationships through regular meetings and follow-ups
• Collaborating closely with operational staff to create comprehensive solutions for customers

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is driven, results-oriented, and enjoys customer contact. You are accustomed to working strategically and operationally, and have a strong ability to execute activities that deliver business results. You are a team player with good collaboration skills, building relationships internally and externally to create the best possible solutions for our customers.

You have:

• Experience in marketing, sales, or customer management, preferably with direct customer engagement
• Experience in preparing and following up on quotes
• Ability to plan, execute, and follow up on marketing and sales initiatives
• Good communication and presentation skills
• A structured approach to work and a genuine commitment to helping customers develop
• A valid driver's license (B)

Experience in occupational health care or a related industry is a strong advantage.
