YOUR FUTURE WORKPLACE
Swatch Group is an international group engaged in the design, manufacture, and sale of finished watches, jewelry, components, and timing. The company supplies almost all components required by its 18 watch brands. In the Nordic region, they are retailers of the following brands: Omega, Rado, Longines, Tissot, Certina, Swatch, and FlikFlak. In total, there are around 120 employees in the Nordic region, with about 50 of them in Sweden, forming a wonderful team.
WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?
In your role as Sales Administrator, you will be the face and voice of the company. Together with another colleague, you will work with customer service for Swatch Group's customers (stores) via email and phone regarding order management, availability, delivery, and collections for the various brands. All to provide the best possible service and support to customers.
Examples of tasks:
- Order management
- Customer contact via email and phone
- Support colleagues in the Nordic team as needed

In the role, you will continuously learn about new products to understand customer needs. As a person, you are meticulous, service-minded, and a quick learner. If you also have experience or understanding of supply chain processes, that is an extra plus.
As an applicant, you meet the following requirements:
- Have experience with SAP
- Have work experience in customer contact
- Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
It is advantageous if you, as an applicant:
- Speak another Nordic language in addition to Swedish
- Have a strong interest in watches or experience from the industry
- Have knowledge of Salesforce
