Switchboard Operator at Sodexo

Location: Södertälje
Working hours: Monday–Friday between 06:45–17:45 (scheduled working hours)

Do you want to be part of a service-oriented team and be Scania's first contact with customers and employees? We are looking for a committed and stress-resistant switchboard operator who thrives in a role where every call makes a difference.

About the role

As a switchboard operator, you are our face to the outside world. You receive, connect, and forward phone calls and messages from both customers and employees. You also handle simpler administrative and IT-related tasks, such as:

• Referrals and call forwarding
• Minor updates in the phone directory
• Support for colleagues in switchboard issues

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a strong sense of service who remains calm even under high pressure. You are structured, communicative, and easy to collaborate with.

Qualifications:

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems
• Experience in similar work is an advantage
