We currently have about 40 engaged employees who together possess a fantastic knowledge base within our product areas. We are now looking for a driven person who wants to work broadly with HR issues and to some extent also other administration with us.

About the role

In this role, you will handle the company's HR-related issues including recruitment, staffing, labor law, work environment, and rehabilitation.

Examples of tasks include:

• Administering time reporting, leave applications, and payroll data
• Writing job ads and assisting with candidate selection
• Preparing employment contracts and managing new hires and terminations
• Interpreting collective agreements and labor law regulations
• Establishing and updating policies and procedures within the HR area
• Contact with trade unions, occupational health services, and authorities
• Preparing materials for union meetings and negotiations, as well as writing minutes
• Calling for risk analyses and activities related to SAM

In addition to HR work, which is approximately 50%-70% of the position, the role also includes answering customer calls in our switchboard, and other administration may occur.

For the role of HR generalist, we want you to have one or a couple of years of experience in broad HR work. We prefer that you have a post-secondary education in HR or similar. You are skilled in administration and can express yourself pedagogically in both speech and writing. You need to have basic knowledge of labor law and work environment legislation.

Personal qualities we value in this role are that you are communicative, clear, and solution-focused. You have a high level of integrity and enjoy working independently but with a large number of internal and external contacts daily. The company is growing, and it is important that you are open to your role changing as the company develops. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities in this recruitment.

We work in various data systems, and you need to have good computer skills. Since we have customers and suppliers outside of Sweden, you need to be able to speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English.

The position is a permanent employment at 100%, and the work is located on-site in Skara. Working hours are office hours.
