We are looking for someone who speaks German, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish (in addition to Swedish) and wants to be part of Advania, a company that truly invests in its employees. As an IT support technician, you will work in a multilingual and family-like team, where you will help one of Advania's larger clients with various IT-related issues. Job responsibilities

You will be part of a team of 27 people working in-house to support a larger client. The team

consists of colleagues who together speak Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, and German!

Your tasks include, among others:

  • Support to end-users via phone, email, and ServiceNow
  • Troubleshooting and support in Windows and Mac environments
  • Access administration in Active Directory
  • Assistance with VPN connections and other network issues
  • Follow-up and closure of user cases
  • Reporting recurring problems for improved support

    We are looking for someone who

  • Has a strong interest in IT and wants to develop in the field
  • Has good knowledge of the Office suite
  • Speaks Swedish, English as well as German, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish

It is an advantage if you have a driver's license and experience in service via phone, for example in customer service. Most importantly, you have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a service-oriented approach.
