Our client is an authority within the transport sector that works to facilitate the everyday life of residents traveling and commuting in Stockholm city. This is an authority with great commitment and pride in their important societal mission. As a consultant, you will be part of an important journey and together with the authority's employees contribute to a better everyday life for the residents of Stockholm city. 

Job Responsibilities:

The assignment involves leading and driving the design process in the development of the ordering and contract web portal, from understanding users and based on user insights developing concepts, UX flows, and validated designs.

 You will:

• Prioritize functionality based on user and business needs
• Determine which critical functionality needs to be in place from the start and what can be developed later
• Conduct research, interviews, and usability tests
• Develop concepts, wireframes, detailed designs, and prototypes in Figma
• Compile and present insights so that they become practically useful for other roles
• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and other designers
• Design for professional users with demands for efficient workflows and clearly supported processes

Requirements for the position:

• At least six (6) years of documented full-time work experience in UX design in the last 10 years.
• At least three (3) years of documented full-time work experience in UI design within the last 6 years.
• Documented work experience in independently planning and executing a complete design process, including selecting relevant methods, adapting activities to conditions, and involving relevant roles and stakeholders at the right times. This should be supported by at least two (2) assignments/projects from the last ten (10) years, where the entire design process was carried out within the framework of one and the same assignment/project.
• Documented work experience in developing, visualizing, and communicating user insights from at least three (3) assignments/projects.
• Documented work experience in visualizing multiple different solutions in parallel at a conceptual level based on customer insights, and evaluating these from a business and user perspective, from at least three (3) assignments/projects.
• At least two (2) years of work experience in design work in an agile cross-functional development team.
• At least two (2) years of work experience where the consultant has experience in producing design sketches and interactive prototypes in the graphic design tool Figma, which have been evaluated together with end-users.
