Job responsibilities

As an IT support technician, you will be part of a team of 27 colleagues who together are responsible for support to one of Advania's larger clients. The group works closely together and speaks several Nordic languages – Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, and German.

In this role, you will assist the client's users with IT-related questions, primarily via phone, email, and in ServiceNow.

Common tasks may include:

  • Support to end-users with a focus on service and problem-solving
  • Troubleshooting in Windows and Mac environments
  • Access administration in Active Directory
  • Assistance with VPN connections
  • Follow-up and closure of cases
  • Reporting recurring issues to improve support

We are looking for someone who

  • Speaks Finnish and Swedish fluently, and has good English skills
  • Has an interest in IT and wants to develop in the field
  • Has basic knowledge of the Office suite

It is a plus if you have experience in service professions, such as customer service, but the most important thing is your willingness to learn and grow.
