This is what we offer you

As a teacher in vocational Swedish, you will teach foreign-born participants Swedish related to their industry/profession. It is a job where you get more time for teaching as traditional grading administration is not included. You have opportunities to work creatively with method development and use new technology for language learning. You will have coordinators and a pedagogical leader for the assignment to assist you. We also use distance education.

In the role of Supervisor in Rusta and Matcha, you empower individuals to obtain a job or an education that leads to work. Matching participants with companies is an important part of the job and involves many business contacts.

The work involves continuous dialogue with the Employment Service, collaboration with other actors who also conduct labor market education, and building networks with employers. It is important that you stay updated on what is happening in the labor market and in the business community.

This is what we are looking for

Option 1: A relevant vocational education of at least one (1) year full-time in the professional area you intend to teach in, as well as at least two (2) years of experience in teaching in a professional area for newly arrived or foreign-born individuals with weak knowledge of Swedish.

Option 2: Pedagogical education of 60 credits or equivalent, as well as at least two (2) years of experience in teaching Swedish for newly arrived or foreign-born individuals with weak knowledge of Swedish, or

Education in Swedish as a second language equivalent to at least 30 credits and at least one (1) year of professional experience in one of the requested professional areas.

Meritorious

Experience working for a complementary actor to the Employment Service.

Experience in distance and remote teaching.

Experience working in administrative systems such as MSFA, Ka-webb, Workbuster.

Working with individuals who have not yet acquired good knowledge of the Swedish language.

Driver's license and car, as we also conduct interventions at companies and suppliers.
