JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support and coordinate the municipality's work with information security and data protection (GDPR).
• Conduct follow-up of the municipality's management system for information security (LISD).
• Work with classification of information, risk analyses, and handling of information security incidents.
• Provide advice and support to operations in practical matters regarding information management, personal data, and security measures.
• Collaborate with the municipality's data protection officer in matters and training initiatives.
• Conduct training and awareness-raising activities within information security and data protection.
• Participate in the municipality's continuity and crisis preparedness work from an information security perspective.
• Collaborate with the IT security function on issues related to technical security, accessibility, and incident management.
• Keep up with developments in the field and contribute to ensuring that the municipality complies with legal requirements and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with relevant higher education or other training/experience deemed equivalent. You have experience working in information security and/or data protection, preferably in the public sector.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Knowledge of ISO 27001 or other frameworks for information security.
• Experience working with GDPR and personal data issues.
• Practical experience in risk and incident management.
• Experience in training and advising operations.
• As a person, you are structured, analytical, and proactive.
• You find it easy to collaborate, build trust, and communicate clearly and pedagogically.
• You thrive in a role where you can both plan and lead, but also contribute to the practical work.

You express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish.
