ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Sales Manager with us, you will have overall responsibility for business, strategy, and the product portfolio within the Coatings & Construction segment. Your role includes:

• Building and developing long-term customer relationships in the Nordic and Baltic regions.
• Identifying new business opportunities.
• Conducting needs analyses with customers to offer tailored solutions.
• Monitoring the market and keeping track of trends.
• Collaborating not only internally but also with customers and suppliers.
• Participating in international trade fairs and collaborating with colleagues from Europe.

The role offers great freedom under responsibility, with the flexibility to work from home when needed, while we value presence in the office in Gothenburg to strengthen team collaboration. Approximately 50% of your time will be spent on customer visits in your region.

ABOUT YOU

To succeed in this role, we want you to have:

• Successfully worked in sales of products within Coatings & Construction.
• A technical understanding of specialty chemicals.
• The ability to work independently and drive business processes from start to finish.
• A strategic mindset and the ability to take responsibility for your market.
• Fluent English and Swedish. Additional Nordic languages are a plus.
