WHAT
We are now looking for a new employee for our department of pharmaceuticals and substance abuse analyses. We analyze substance abuse samples from addiction care, healthcare, and occupational health services. We have a strong customer focus aimed at good service and quality. A significant part of the analytical methods used has been developed by us. The analytical techniques we use include LC-MS/MS, HR-LC MS, HPLC, and immunochemical methods. The role includes sample preparation and analysis, evaluation of results, and maintenance of instruments, all in accordance with the quality requirements set in an accredited operation.
We invest in individual competence development and want our employees to have a broad competence and be able to handle various tasks to create strong teams. We offer two full-time positions starting by agreement:
- A permanent position
- A temporary position lasting until August 31, 2026

WHO

We also see that you:
- Are a chemist, biomedical analyst, or have a university degree with a focus on laboratory medicine/chemistry/medical technology or equivalent.
- Master Swedish in speech and writing.
- Are well acquainted with modern IT solutions regarding both software and instrumentation.

WHERE
The position is located at Mälarsjukhuset in Eskilstuna, where we have about 100 employees and are part of Laboratory Medicine Region Sörmland with about 150 employees. In the department of pharmaceuticals and substance abuse analyses, we are a team of fourteen employees. Here, chemists, BMAs, laboratory technicians, and doctors work together.
