About the Position

We are now looking for an engaged and communicative customer service representative with experience in customer service and claims management for one of our clients. You will work with our clients' claim customers and handle administrative tasks, and we would like you to have experience in pre-collection or debt collection. You will be located in fantastic offices in central Stockholm. Here, you will be offered both personal development and wonderful colleagues!

Your Responsibilities

Manage daily customer dialogue, primarily via phone and chat
Develop and administer payment plans for customers
Administrative handling of claims-related matters
Handle incoming payments and disbursements

You are service-oriented and have a strong drive. You are also self-sufficient, responsible, and have a twinkle in your eye. You possess good social skills and listen to the people behind the numbers. You give them the respect and time required to give their lives and finances a fresh start. Experience & Personality:

Experience with phone communication and good communication skills
Previous experience in pre-collection and/or collection
Background from a bank or other financial institution
Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, spoken and written
Interest in working in a fast-paced company
Monthly salary: 25,000 SEK
