Your Responsibilities

You will become part of a department that combines several areas of expertise to help the business become data-driven. The strength lies in close collaboration with internal customers, which creates a solid foundation for business understanding and networking. As the team at Siemens Energy grows, there are high demands for shared processes and collaboration, as well as an expectation to contribute to the development of the business. The team switches daily between Swedish and English as some members do not have full proficiency in Swedish. 

Responsibilities: 

• Design and develop dashboards in Power BI based on customer requirements
• Establish close collaboration with internal customers and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize needs and requirements. 
• Coach and guide customers towards simple and clear BI solutions. 
• Collaborate with data engineers to define requirements for backend solutions. 
• Ensure efficiency and quality by applying proven practices within Power BI, such as data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design. 

Your Profile

• Solid experience with Power BI.
• Experience collaborating with various types of stakeholders and effectively analyzing their challenges. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
• Strong analytical skills and good problem-solving abilities.
