Responsibilities

Mälargården has been providing rehabilitation on behalf of the Stockholm County Council for many years. We are looking for nursing assistants for our care team, for day and evening shifts, Monday – Friday.

Teamwork among different professions is a key success factor for us. Our patients' diagnoses require a holistic view of the patient and their needs.

Qualifications

Trained nursing assistant with at least 5 years of experience, preferably with experience in rehabilitation.

The responsibilities of a nursing assistant at Mälargården include general care work, standard nursing assistant tasks, cleaning, and assisting during training.

Teamwork among different professions is a key success factor for us. Our patients' diagnoses require a holistic view of the patient and their issues. Our patients have different needs and mainly require support in the rehabilitation process. Most manage their personal ADL independently. Invitations to interviews will be sent out continuously. Therefore, it is possible that recruitment may occur before the application deadline.
