Are you a technically skilled problem solver who is passionate about IT support and user-oriented service? We are now looking for a 2nd Line Support Technician who wants to become a key player in a dedicated service desk team.

Here you will have a broad and dynamic everyday life where you work with both PC and Mac environments and support colleagues both on-site and via our service desk. You will:

Provide technical support to both 1st line and internal users. Handle cases related to Windows 11, Intune, Azure, Android & iPhone. Support our walk-in desk and occasionally travel to our offices in the region. Contribute with knowledge articles, routines, and instructions to develop the support. Participate in incident coordination and account management. Be part of a developing organization where your ideas and curiosity are valued.

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

• Several years of experience in support for both 1st & 2nd line.
• ITIL Foundation.
• Very good knowledge of Windows 11, Intune, and Azure.
• Documented experience in supporting Mac users.
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Experience with case management, preferably in ServiceNow.

Extra points if you have experience in public operations and IT security.

Location: Gothenburg (with the possibility to travel to offices in the region)

Scope: Full-time 100%

Start: As agreed, preferably December 1, 2025

Duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension

Working hours: Weekdays 08:00–17:00
